1. Create a page named changelog:YYYY-MM-DD-short-title (type it into search, or open https://amfindiana.com/wiki/changelog/YYYY-MM-DD-short-title).
2. Click Create this page. It opens pre-filled from the changelog template.
3. Fill in the product, what changed and why, then save.
4. Add a line to the top of the Entries list above.

Only record what is actually live. If something is built but not yet released, say so in the entry.
