What we collect
- Your email — so we can forward your messages and send your receipt.
- Your callers' number, message, recording, and transcript — so we can write up the call and pass it to you.
- What you tell us on the website — if you fill in a form (name, business, phone, email), so we can get back to you.
- Payment details — handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we handle calls
When your AI line answers a call, it's recorded and transcribed so we can hand you a summary,
the recording, and the full transcript. That call data is used for one thing — getting the
message to you. It's processed by our phone and AI providers solely to run your line,
never used to train public models or sold to anyone. You can ask us to delete any call data,
or all of it, at any time.
What we never do
- We never sell your information or your callers' information.
- We never share it with anyone except the providers we use to run your line (our phone/AI provider and Stripe).
- We never call or text you to upsell.
